New from All Terrain Research, this Polaris RZR Cargo Rack is height adjustable, quickly removable, and tilts up to access your spare or additional gear underneath. The Cargo Rack is adjustable from 9″ to 11.5″ in height between the RZR’s bed and the bottom of the rack. Cargo Rack uses ATR’s tube clamps to mount to the spreader bar behind the seats. The factory “lock and ride” mounting holes are convenient for some things, but not strong enough to bear the weight of items such as a loaded full size cooler or camping gear.
A big advantage to this design is you do not have mounting feet going down taking up more room below the rack. ATR’s cargo rack allows you to effectively double the footprint of your bed storage area, and the tube clamp mounting is strong enough to hold just about anything you want to throw on it.
Once the tube clamp mounts are installed, the Cargo Rack can be quickly removed by pulling the 4 stainless ball pins. Also included is straps that secure quick release ball pins so they are not lost. ATR Cargo Rack comes in a durable black powder coat finish.

New from All Terrain Research is this Bolt-On Dash & Roll Cage Support Bar. This gives you a good place to mount off road lights, GPS, on board cameras and other accessories with tube clamp mounts. The ATR V Dash Bar also greatly strenthens your factory roll cage with its triangular vertical support bars. The tube clamps on the lower mounts are machined to mount over the roll cage connection bungs. This adds strenght to this major connection point.
ATR’s Polaris RZR Chassis Bones sleeve your frame tubes and increase their thickness by 130%. This greatly strenthens your RZR’s chassis where it needs it the most. We recommend these for every RZR as the strength of the frame, especially in the rear is an issue. The Chassis Bones are relatively cheap insurance agaisnt frame damage. The Chassis Tubes are a bolt on install using ATR’s unique Torque Lock design. The Chassis Bones also include CNC machiend end pieces that have rubber o-rings to seal mud and water out of your frame tubes.
The RZR Front Bench features a bolt-in design that allows it to be mounted directly to the factory seat bases in minutes without the need for an additional mount. The RZR Bench provides suspension seat comfort and containment while allowing for a small third passenger. Designed to utilize aftermarket safety harnesses, the RZR Bench fits between the factory side bars and can be used with most aftermarket doors.
