ATR Polaris RZR Chassis Ribs

ATR’s Polaris RZR Chassis Ribs add strength to the rear of your chassis by bracing the sides of the chassis together with the existing factory holes and by also tying into the upper and lower A arm mounting points. The Chassis Ribs are CNC laser cut from 3/16″ steel plate. For the upper A arm mounts instead of simply welding a washer to a chopped tube like some manufactures may do ATR CNC machines a stair stepped end piece that centers itself inside the tube, and provides the perfect gap for a nice flush TIG weld. ATR Polaris RZR Chassis Legs

What are “Chassis Legs” exactly? All Terrain Research has developed a kit that replaces the 2 mounting bolts on your RZR’s rear lower control arms with one long grade 8 bolt, and uses a machined spacer to firmly brace the 2 A arm mounts together. This used along with their Chassis Bones and Chassis Ribs will give you a RZR chassis ready for abuse!

The RZR Front Bench features a bolt-in design that allows it to be mounted directly to the factory seat bases in minutes without the need for an additional mount. The RZR Bench provides suspension seat comfort and containment while allowing for a small third passenger. Designed to utilize aftermarket safety harnesses, the RZR Bench fits between the factory side bars and can be used with most aftermarket doors. The new Chassis Bones for the RZR from ATR greatly increases the strength of the main upper and lower frame tubes. Many RZR owners find that it is easy to dent the lower frame tubes since they are left exposed, and this will greatly weaken a high stress area of the chassis. We’ve also had customers bend these tubes and tweak the rear portion of their chassis from jumping. If you race or intend to jump your RZR the Chassis Bones are a must have! This new high performance air filter intake system from AFE dramatically increases airflow to the engine, and the metal shielded design helps keep hot engine temps out and allows for an uninterrupted smooth flow of cool air that will really wake up your RZR’s engine. The air intake provides a 1.5 hp gain, another 3 ft. pounds of torque and a 47% increase in air flow over the factory air filter.

The New Complete High-Flow Airbox Assembly for the Polaris RZR boosts Horsepower by 3.5HP! It replaces the stock airbox and intake tract to provide you an oversided Airbox, allowing for a larger air filter, and Aluminum intake tube for optimum airflow. An oversised X-Streme Top Filter is used, substantially increasing airflow and dirt & dust capacity. K&N’s unique pleated design provides a larger surface area and an increased volume of air flow over the stock unit, designed to offer better throttle response, added horsepower and lover service intervals. The Airbox and intake are black powder-coated, withstanding the elements of rust and corrosion.

A separate crankcase breather keeps the air filter cleaner while dissipating the extra heat and oils generating from crank pressure. For increased protection and longer service intervals a K&N Dry Charger is supplied for extreme dust or wet conditions.
